How you may use this site and the web app.
The service
These terms cover surflanguage.com and app.surflanguage.com. Learning happens in the web app. iOS and Android are not available yet.
Accounts
You are responsible for the email and password you register with. Do not share the account. We may close an account that is used to harm the service.
Acceptable use
Use the app to study. Do not attack the service, overload it, or use it to break the law.
Content and results
Lessons, audio and quizzes are study material. When you successfully complete a CEFR level, you may receive a Surf Language Level Completion Certificate recognising progress on the platform. It is not an official government, university or externally accredited proficiency qualification. We do not promise exam results or fluency in a set number of days.
Availability
Features and lesson catalogues can grow over time. When a language is still being prepared, the app will say so clearly.
Liability
The site and app are provided as they are. We are not liable for study outcomes or for downtime we could not reasonably avoid. This does not take away rights you already have by law.
