The service
These terms cover surflanguage.com and app.surflanguage.com. You can use Surf Language in the browser, on the App Store, and on Google Play.
Accounts
You are responsible for the email and password you register with. Do not share the account. We may close an account that is used to harm the service.
Acceptable use
Use the app to study. Do not attack the service, overload it, or use it to break the law.
Content and results
Lessons, audio, and exercises are study material. If you finish a CEFR level in Surf Language, you may receive a Level Completion Certificate. It records that completion inside Surf Language. It is not an official language exam. We do not promise an exam score or fluency by a set date.
Availability
Features and lessons can change. Surf Language is available in the browser, on the App Store, and on Google Play.
Liability
The site and app are provided as they are. We are not liable for study outcomes or for downtime we could not reasonably avoid. This does not take away rights you already have by law.
